Pending orders that were waiting on pom-pom beanies, embroidered items, and/or the sticker keeper book have been sent out and should arrive in the next 5 business days (US orders). Pending shipments that were waiting on the Cards Logo and/or Crown Logo Crossbody bags have also been sent.
The only items still on backorder are the Bad At Video Games Crossbody and The Script Notebooks which should be arriving once they have cleared customs.

Will I be charged customs fees or duties?
It depends on your countries laws. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you guys ship to APO/FPO boxes?
Yes we do. APO/FPO are shipped and charged as domestic packages.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Shipping times vary based on where you are. Domestic orders should arrive in 3-7 days, while international orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Please know that some international orders may be delayed in customs, and there is nothing we can do to expedite that process.

How often are items restocked?
Items are restocked as we receive inventory. For specific items please sign up for email notifications on the items listing. For more generic updates please follow our social media channels.
When do you have sales?
We do not have a set schedule for sales. Sales are limited to special events and holidays.

2025 Store Overhaul

This year we are shifting our focus of the store from apparel based merch to smaller, more affordable items such as stickers, prints, and pins.We have decided to do this due to upcoming changes in logistics for the store and due to the rising costs of goods and increased import tariffs in the United States. Our hope is that by shifting our inventory and focus to smaller more affordable items we will be able to continue to offer a wide range of high quality merch for reasonable prices.We will still offer apparel items from time to time on a preorder basis. Switching to a pre-order model will allow us to offer the best rates and widest range of sizes. Preorders will be annouced on our social media accounts and via our newsletter. As well as be updated here in our Preorder Info section.
